Let’s talk about finding the Twitter Pixel ID and then installing it in your Linkiro account.
First, sign in to your Twitter Ads Manager.
Next, in your dashboard, select the ‘Tools’ tab and press ‘Conversion tracking’
Now create a new conversion event. Press the button in the right hand corner, then set things up like so:
Name: pick a name you can recognize later
Type of conversion: site visit
Use a universal event tag
Set traffic to ‘All website visits’
You can also set the post-engagement and post-view attribution windows if you want. Linkiro’s recommended settings are 30 days post-engagement, 1 day post view.
Make sure you save your new conversion event.
Now copy your Website Tag ID.
Move over to your Linkiro personal dashboard and under ‘Manage’ click on ‘Pixels’ to set up your Twitter Pixel.
Click ‘Add Pixel’, give your pixel a name (f.e. ‘Tesla Twitter Pixel’), select ‘Twitter’ from the dropdown menu, and paste the Pixel ID (Website Tag ID) under ‘Pixel ID’ then click ‘Add New Pixel’ to add the pixel to your account.
That’s it, you’re good to go! ?
